Introduction To Martial Fitness Kickboxing

Martial Fitness Kickboxing is a workout program that utilizes training techniques, movements and combinations of movements from boxing, karate, kickboxing, kung fu, and self defense training.

You'll learn proper execution of basic movement form boxing/kickboxing techniques, Foot direction, Balance, Pivoting, Upper body strikes, Lower body strikes, as well as Bob and Weave & Blocking. Then we start doing Combinations - by grouping single techniques, Plan basic choreography utilizing individual and basic combinations of techniques and movement.

Kickboxing fitness combines and modifies martial arts and boxing techniques and movement into a dynamic exercise program. There are many aspects of health and fitness that can be improve through this method of training. Cardiovascular endurance & strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility can be improved. Proper implementation of a kickboxing fitness program can be fun and have potential improvement in self esteem, confidence and discipline.
