MARTIAL ARTS HISTORY

Sifu Robert has an extensive background in Chinese Martial Arts that began under the instruction of Grand Master Peter Kwok in 1979 and continued through the years with instructors authorized in the Peter Kwok lineage. He holds a Third Degree in Tai Chi Chuan, and Second Degree in Ba Gua Zhang, and First Degree in Hsing Yi Chuan, respectively. He is a dedicated instructor who continually increases his knowledge of fitness and Chinese Martial Arts and healing. 

 Robert is Continuing his Martial Arts training  with Dr. John Lee Shifu, In Internal White Crane.

About My Lineage & Instructors

(1) Grand Master Peter Kwok.

Grand Master Peter Kwok studied directly under great masters such as, Grandmaster Kuo Lien Ying , (Tai Chi Chuan) Gun Yuen Tang, (Bua Gua Zhang) Giang Yung Chien, (Hsing Yi Chuan.)

(2) Shifu Al Bender.

 Began training in 1977 in the styles of Northern Shao Lin Chuan And Yang Style Tai Chuan at Peter Kwok's Kung Fu Academy under the instruction of Sifu Gary Torres. In 1979, he was promoted to Chief Instructor of Peter Kwok's Kung Fu Academy, and ran the school for Sifu Torres. Al Bender's was accepted as a personal and private student of Grandmaster Peter Kwok.

(3) Shifu Dominick Ruggieri.

Sifu of China Hand Kung fu Academy, study with Patrick Hanvey and Mark Gates , Who Study with Grandmaster Peter Kwok, Sifu also studies with Master Randy Elia of Peter Kwoks Kung Fu Academy, Who Study with Grandmaster Peter Kwok, Sifu Dominick Achievement, World Wide Martial Arts Hall Of Fame, Master Of The Year, inducted June 5, 2004, USA Martial Arts Hall Of Fame, Tai Chi Master Of The Year.

(4) Shifu Richard Kosch

Sifu Richard Kosch holds a Black Belt Third Degree in Tai Chi Chuan and is a certified Instructor and Official with the Guan Ping Yang Association under Grand Master Henry Look and Grand Master Y. C. Chang. He Also holds a Second Degree  in Hsing Yi Chuan, He is registered as an Instructor in Guan Dung Province, China with the Chinese Historical Society and has been inducted into the three of the following Martial Arts Halls of Fame: Action Martial Arts Magazine, World Karate Union (Man of the Year 2006-Hsing Yi Chuan), North American Federation of Martial Artists. He has been teaching Tai Chi Chuan since 1998 and has most currently developed a Tai Chi Principles for Massage Therapy CEU course. To his credit he has had the pleasure of taking workshops with the famous Shao Lin Monk, Shi Yan Ming, GM Henry Look, Master Yang Fu Kui and Master Rick Barrett. Sifu Rich also holds secord degrees in Ba Gua Zhang and Hsingh Yi Chuan. A certified martial arts judge, he is also a frequent official at martial arts events.
